Camp Notes:
Location: Kids will sign in and sign out daily at the outdoor Keiser Golf Training Area. Upon arrival onto campus, inform security you are attending the golf camp. Continue through campus bearing right past the dorms. You will see the training center on your left. Only Parents/ Guardians are required to sign in and out your child each.
REQUIRED DRESS
- Tennis, golf or flat-soled shoes
- Hats/visors must be worn brim forward
- Shorts/skorts must be of appropriate length
- Shirts or mock turtlenecks must be worn and for males tucked-in
- Females
- If a shirt without a collar is worn, it must have sleeves
- Pants/shorts/skorts with pockets are strongly recommended for children ages 7-9 when initially beginning the program
PROHIBITED DRESS AT THE GOLF COURSE
- Denim shorts, short-shorts, short tennis skirts, cut-offs, gym shorts, jeans
- Tank tops, t-shirts

RESPECT FOR MYSELF
I will dress neatly in a clean shirt tucked into pants or shorts, and I will wear golf shoes or athletic shoes
I will try my best and keep a positive attitude when I play or practice
I will eat right, get enough sleep, and take care of myself so I can stay healthy
RESPECT FOR OTHERS
I will be friendly, courteous, and helpful
I will follow instructions and safety rules
I will have fun without being loud and rowdy
I will be honest and be a good sport, whether I win or lose
RESPECT FOR MY SURROUNDINGS
I will keep the golf course and practice areas clean and in as good or better shape than I found them
I will clean and take care of my golf clubs
I will be careful not to damage anything that belongs to others

By registering for this program you hereby give permission that photos containing your image/likeness may be used for publicity or general information purposes including publication on our website or within other publicity which may be seen by the general public. We ( Keiser University) will not seek any further permission nor provide any notification before using such photos. Please inform us if you choose not to have your child photographed or image used
